A restaurant that revolves around food may be an obvious explanation when choosing casual fine dining. But when a restaurant focuses around the kitchen like a boxing ring and you gain glimpses of the garden growing the served produce, the definition starts to expand. Three chefs approached us with their goals: that food would be the focus and the restaurant should provide earthy scenery for the evolving life and gathering over time. Through the design process, it was decided that the people in the space along with the cuisine would provide the vibrant variables. The backdrop of elemental and natural design with expressive details allowed that to happen. The already award-winning restaurant and space has already rocked the city in providing a new experience you should not pass up.
